The Fedora Community has brought back the Fedora Podcast! If that wasn’t enough, the Fedora Podcast has also joined the Destination Linux Network as a collaborative effort to spread the word about all things Fedora! I know I might be slightly biased about this news but I am incredibly excited to work with Fedora in making the new season of the Fedora Podcast a huge success!
For those who might not be aware, Front Page Linux is an open community powered news, tutorial, article, etc. website brought to you by the Destination Linux Network. I know I speak for the entire DLN crew when I say “Welcome to the Family”.
What’s New This Season?
Fedora Project Podcast has made a lot of changes and improvements for this season such as the addition of a new host joining the show, Grayson! As a Fedora Linux user and a great member of the Fedora, DLN & FPL communities, Grayson is going to be a great addition to the show.
Aside from the big news about the new host, there’s also a new website at https://podcast.fedoraproject.org, where you can subscribe to the show and get detailed show notes for each episode.
To kick off Season 2, they will be talking with Ben Cotton, the Fedora Program Manager, who edits the blog and magazine. Plus Marie Nordin is joining for a discussion about NEST 2021 and the Fedora 34 Release Party! In Season 2, the Fedora Podcast will have an extra focus on the amazing things that Fedora Project makes outside of their awesome Linux distro.
DLN’ With It
DLN With It, DEAL’N, . . . okay maybe that sounded better in my head. For those unfamiliar, Destination Linux Network, or DLN, is a media network designed to bring passionate creators to promote Open Source and Linux so because of this, DLN is a perfect fit for the Fedora Podcast.
Front Page Linux also being a part of DLN makes this very exciting to see the Fedora Podcast joining the DLN Family! If you want some more awesome content, be sure to check out https://destinationlinux.network for info on how to subscribe to all of the great podcasts on DLN.
